Refund and Return Policy

This policy applies to purchases made through convoylight.com, operated by HONGKONG CONVOY ELECTRONICS CO., LIMITED.

Order Cancellations

To request cancellation, email admin@convoylight.com as soon as possible and include your order number. If we can cancel your order before it is shipped or enters production, we will provide a full refund to your original payment method.

If your order has already shipped, we may be unable to stop delivery. You may still request a return after receiving it under the terms below. If production has started, please contact us promptly so we can check whether cancellation is still possible.

14-Day Returns

You may notify us that you wish to return a product within 14 days after receiving it. You do not need to give a reason. Email admin@convoylight.com with your order number, and we will provide return instructions and the correct return address.

Please send the product back within 14 days after telling us you wish to return it. Include its accessories and original packaging where reasonably possible. You may open and inspect the product as you would in a store. If it has been handled beyond what is necessary for inspection and its value has decreased, we may reduce the refund to the extent permitted by applicable law.

Please do not send returns to the manufacturer or to our company correspondence address unless we specifically instruct you to do so.

Damaged, Faulty or Incorrect Products

If a product arrives damaged, is faulty or is not what you ordered, please email admin@convoylight.com with your order number and a description of the problem. Photos are helpful where available. We will review the issue and arrange an appropriate remedy, such as a repair, replacement or refund, in accordance with your rights under applicable law.

The 14-day change-of-mind period does not limit any legal rights you may have concerning faulty or incorrectly supplied products.

Return Shipping and Fees

We cover the cost of return shipping for returns under this policy, including change-of-mind returns and returns of damaged, faulty or incorrect products. Please contact us before sending a parcel so we can provide the correct address and explain how the return shipping cost will be covered.

We do not charge a restocking fee.

Refunds

We will email you when we receive your return and tell you the outcome of our review. Approved refunds will be sent to the original payment method unless you expressly agree otherwise.

For a return under an applicable statutory right of withdrawal, we will refund the amount required by law, including standard original delivery charges where required, without undue delay and no later than 14 days after you notify us of your decision to withdraw. Where permitted by law, we may wait until we receive the product or evidence that you have sent it back.

For other approved returns, we will initiate the refund within 14 days after receiving the returned product. Your bank or payment provider may take additional time to show the refund in your account.

Late or Missing Refunds

If your refund has been initiated but has not appeared, please check your account and then contact your bank or payment provider. If you still need help, email admin@convoylight.com with your order number.
