Mode operation instructions:

Flashlight is turned off,click the button --> the flashlight turns on at the last brightness --> press and hold the button, the brightness goes up --> release the button,then press and hold the button again, the brightness goes down.

Flashlight is turned off, press and hold the button --> moonlight mode (this brightness will not be remembered)

Flashlight is turned off or turned on, double click the button --> turbo 100%,

Flashlight is turned on, click and hold button --> color temperature change mode

Flashlight is turned off or turned on,click the button 3 times --> strobe, double-click to enter the SOS, double-click again to enter the beacon, and click to return to the previous brightness

simon offered a full refund i love you simon, i chose a replacement light same cost as s21f, i went with m21h, best light ever. i'm happy with simon's customer service as always is top notch, i hope he can fix this big bang theory kin flashlight, even with the driver/led mcpcb replaced (which simon sent me free of charge before offering a full refund btw!) the light is still acting this way, granted it works 5% of the time on a bad day and 10% of the time on a good day, i find tightening the bezel makes all 4 leds come on and button doesn't do anything, sometimes the light turns off and makes a buzzing noise even when the switch is turned on, i will never understand the principle behind the issue in this light until the day i die, the i removed tir lens and bezel, and sure enough it still acts this way, i thought my thermal paste is conducting something or maybe some solder balls from the solder paste, i cleaned everything and resoldered rechecking with a magnifying glass, and everything was pristine, the solder joins also looked ok enough, the light would still not work when i pressed the mcpcb down onto the aluminum surface, the wires have insulation so none of them were touching anything except the - / + pads that they are supposed to, then again, this light was acting the same way from factory, and here's another mystery for you to figure out in this lifetime, tightening the retaining ring for the driver makes it stop working 99% of the time LOL, if i loosen the retaining ring to the point there a bit of play in the driver, sure enough it starts working somewhat, i inspected the driver sides/back and the retaining rings where the contact is made, all surfaces looked fine. i cleaned everything with isopropyl alcohol, but no dice, i have hope, that one day god will show me a vision or dream in my sleep, one day i will wake up and understand this thing. 🤦♂️

the light has become useless, i'm sorry for 1 star, but fix your product before selling it. i've bothered trying to find the core problem but i can't seem to find out whether it's the driver, the bezel, the switch, the mcpcb, the wires of the mcpcb? some short? i no longer know.
