I can confirm what is stated in the previous comment: EVE 50PL batteries (the red ones) have a high self-discharge rate, at the point I receive two of them with vontlages below 3.0 volts. In the other hand, RS50 keeps charge very well and after a couple of weeks after a total charge, the voltage drops only 0.04v. As always, Simon replaced the defective batteries very quickly. 5 stars for Simon and his great customer service.

In a self-discharge test after leaving the batteries unused for about a week, the EVE 50PL dropped by about 0.1V overall, while the P50B and RS50 dropped by about 0.05V. I used an MC5000 to confirm this. The B-grade EVE 50PL is inexpensive and may be ideal for frequent charging and use, but as a spare battery it discharges quickly and is not suitable for use in cold climates. Of the three types, the RS50, which was charged first, seems to have a lower self-discharge rate than the 50PL, which was charged later, and the P50B, which was charged last. It's cheaper than the Molicel P50B, has higher output, and a lower self-discharge rate. It's exactly what I was looking for. I'd like to take this opportunity to thank Simon for making the RS50 available for purchase separately.
