SBT90.2 LED

unpleasantly green. works well in single-cell lights due to low(er) Vf, but the bin of SFT90 available from Convoy currently is cheaper, brighter, and almost pure white.

thanks to the very civilized gentleman judging my country and calling me poor '' which i am since i make 100$ a month :'( '' i'm making this response, firstly i did infact save for many months and get this light before the sft90 or 20a buck released i got it with sbt90 + 18a fet driver, secondly i still stand by my statement, for 20$ less you can get the sft90 and it will barely have 100m less throw at worst and also it will have a better tint, this is very subjective, in a thrower honestly it doesn't matter, but incase of sbt90.2 it is the worst emitter i've seen it's too green, comparing to all the LEDs i've tried in this life time which included, sft40 6500k/5kk/3kk. sft25r 5kk / lhp73b 5kk /219f 1800k - 5700k, 519a 2700k-5700k, csps2323 4kk, xhp70.3 5000k r9050 (this one is the second worst led after sbt90, very green/yellow, underwhelming cri, insanely brittle and floody and expensive) p.s if you want a bit of therapy and are facing difficult times so much so that you call other enthusiasts idiots for not having the same opinion as you, feel free to contact me on discord and call me as many racial slurs or insults based on politics or my financial situation etc. discord; kinda_coral

Do not listen to the idiot above talking about the green tint from the sbt90.2. He’s probably upset that he can’t afford to buy one so he needs to crap on it. I’ve never seen a green tinted sbt90.2. It’s a good and powerful led. Good tint as well

Nice Upgrade for an old SST-90, very clean light output!

After cracking the sbt90.2 that came with my L8 (it’s chunky but I like the L8 a lot) I got a replacement sbt90.2 even though I didn’t notice any less lumens due to the crack. It was a successful swap even with my unsteady hands and $10 soldier iron. Since then I have got an sft-90 in L21a and I think these 2 emitters are quite similar in power with the sbt90.2 looking a little warmer and being my favorite by a tiny amount. For a price-point rating I’d say the sft-90 is the winner but I’m happier with sbt90.2 without regarding price. I have 3 sbt90.2 and I like them all

NO offense to convoy, i HATE this LED, you should get SFT90 (it will have 80m less throw, be way more cheaper, and have a nice white tint) SBT90.2 IS GARBAGE for the ripoff price, this led has VERY VERY GREEN tint compared to my sft25r 5000k/sft40 6500k and any other LED i've ever tried, puke green tint.
